I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and director of FoodBytes, a nutrition consulting agency that empowers brands and organisations to communicate nutrition information to a broad range of audiences including health professionals and consumers.
I have worked in the food and health industry for over two decades and have significant experience in all aspects of nutrition marketing. I have worked with a range of global companies and organisations including Nestlé, Deakin University, Dairy Australia and Hort Innovation amongst others. My core skill set includes strategic marketing experience across fast moving consumer goods, nutrition and healthcare industries.
I am a board director for Nutrition Australia and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia marketing committee. In my consulting business I regularly presents workshops on all aspects of nutrition education to corporate organisations, childcare institutions and university students.
I have completed five full marathons, am addicted to coffee and love all flavours of ice cream.
